Mashgolah Nabulsi Cheese boiled and in brine . Made from cow milk .
This is the original nabulsi cheese made with traditional Palestinian methods to preserve the cheese. This is made specifically for soft (namaa) Kunafah (Kanfa or kanafa), most affordable, Striches with each bite. Much higher quality in taste and texture than Akawi cheese.
Direction: Soak in water for at least 24 hours, change the water twice during this time. The time depends on your preferred salt level that you like.
Storage: Store this product away from the sun, and in cool area below 20C. After opening store the content in bags in the freezer or in sealed jars with the original saltwater solution. You can also preserve in the fridge if you like.
