Nabulsi Boiled Cheese in Brine from Cow and Sheep Milk
Mashmuluh Nabulsi Cheese is the original Nabulsi cheese from the city of Nablus in Palestine. Made from 50% sheep milk and 50% cow milk . Nabulsi cheese tastes like fresh after the salt has been released, and you can eat as is, or grilled, or fried, or stuffing pastries.
Direction: Soak in water for at least 24 hours, change the water twice during this time . You can eat as is, fry, or use for pastries .
Ingredients: Cow and Sheep milk, Mahaleb, Mastic, Salt, Water
Storage : Store this products away from sun, and in cool area below 20C. After opening, store the contents in bags in the freezer or in sealed jars with the original saltwater solution, if possible, in the fridge for the best preservation and freshness.
